Download, fill out & return the enrollment form + medical release form (pages 2-6) and send your nonrefundable $100 deposit via: Check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

2) Click here to fill out the Summer enrollment form.

Once you fill out online enrollment you must complete the Medical & Release form, and send your nonrefundable $100 deposit.

Deposit will count towards your tuition. Payment is due in full 1 month prior to the start of your session.
